Welcome to Life on the Board. We are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. This shipping policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and terms for deliveries within the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Costs
Boards
UK Mainland: Shipping costs start at £19.50.
Northern Ireland: Shipping costs start at £30.
Free Shipping: All orders on items over £400 qualify for free shipping.
Accessories
UK Mainland: Shipping costs start at £2.99.
Northern Ireland: Shipping costs start at £4.99.
Free Shipping
All orders over £400 will automatically qualify for free shipping. Some products under £400 are eligible for free shipping to UK mainland, dependent upon manufacturer and shipping carrier, this will be highlighted at the checkout. Products eligible for free shipping to UK mainland are also eligible for reduced rate shipping to Northern Ireland, with a £2.99 surcharge.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
In most cases orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped within a further 3 business days, dependent upon carrier and location. If you are unsure about the delivery time for your product due to your location please get in touch at the following email info@lifeontheboard.com or call us on 0333 050 5609.
Custom delivery times can be arranged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific needs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 1 PM will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you require your order to be processed during these times please feel free to email info@lifeontheboard.com with your request, please note, we can not guarantee to be able to fulfil order processing requests outside of business hours but we will endeavour to action your request in as timely manner as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Free Returns Policy
We offer a free returns policy under the following conditions:
The item must be in the exact condition it was received.
The item must not have been opened or used.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order (n.b. 14 days for Rep. of Ireland in line with E.U. policy).
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
