1. How long will it take for my product to arrive?

'In most cases the order takes up to 2 working days to process and then delivery can take a further 3-5 working days, this means that it can take around 8 working days for delivery, in general UK mainland customers receive their product within 10 working days, check out our shipping policy for further information. 2. How do I get free shipping?

'We have promotions for free shipping on products over £500, if this promotion is available we will state it at the top of our page and on the product description, we also have a drop-down menu for products over £500 that qualify for free shipping which we update regularly. The free shipping should automatically be applied at the checkout for qualifying products. If you are in doubt and want further clarification, please drop a message on our live chat and a member of the team will be happy to assist!'

 

3. What do I do if I need to return an item?

4. What do I do if the product I want is sold-out?

'If you find that the product you want is sold-out you can get in touch with us at the following email address: sales@lifeontheboard.com, where a member of the team will be happy to assist you, in some cases we can arrange a pre-order on the product, so that it can be delivered as soon as the product is back in stock (n.b. this can only be done by a member of the team as we need to double-check with our manufacturers regarding availability).'
